The LAI's Career Development Group in collaboration with the National Library of Ireland are delighted to announce our forthcoming AGM with an LAI CPD accredited event:
Abstract to audience: A guide to conference presentations
Librarians' roles are changing: they interact more widely with academics, and contribute more to research of all kinds. This seminar explores what it takes to communicate library research successfully, and provides an opportunity to learn about the process of presenting at a conference, from writing a good abstract, to delivering informative and entertaining presentations.
