Aim of the Day:
A forum for the exchange of ideas and good practice.
Aimed at frontline and support staff involved in developing or delivering projects, programmes and activities in local libraries for young people.
The object of the exercise is for staff to get a chance to talk to each other and exchange ideas and good practice; get some positive reinforcement that there are a lot of worthwhile things going on in our libraries.
Each workshop will contain different success stories, so content is not repeated.
It is best advised that if you are attending with a colleague, we recommend that you split and attend separate workshops to maximise your participation & gathering of success stories.
Success stories on the day will include:
Club na nÓg – Irish language club for young people
Roald Dahl Experience
Citywide Read programme
Teen Graphic Novel project
